Administrative Operations Assistant

Administrative Operations Assistant for growing international caribbean optical company. Responsibilities include supporting the Operations Administrator by processing and managing inventory/goods supply and delivery, invoicing, audit reviews, payor reconciliations, and various assistant type duties.
Position will require international travel 3-6 times per year, 4-7 days max each trip. US Passport required.
Skills: Attention to detail, comfortable with numbers, self-motivated and independent worker, professional communication skills, teachable. Previous experience not required.
